Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on electronics and technology products.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and product demonstrations.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle cash transactions following company procedures.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in electronics sales.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Experience in upselling and promoting technology products is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
