HR Generalist and Recruiter (Full Time, Onsite)

The HR Generalist and Recruiter is primarily focused on recruiting and onboarding efforts and secondarily on activities related to employee experience, culture, and employee relations.
This position is expected to contribute to the overall performance of the department team with minimal supervision.
This position will partner closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Support Team.
Location:
Our Bristol PA offices, this is an in-office position.
Some reimbursable travel is required to support on-site activities in New York (Elmsford, NY) and Boston (Norwood, MA) to support on-site activities.
Responsibilities Leads and facilitates recruiting efforts based on staffing and growth plans.
Applies best-in-class recruiting practices leveraging SEO, keyword searches, social media, geo-targeting, etc.
Develops and manages community outreach strategies and local labor market data for each onsite production centers.
Designs, delivers, evaluates, and consults with hiring managers on screening, selection, and recruiting methods.
Utilizes independent judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in confidential matters including conducting interviews and performance coaching.
Assists with communicating and providing feedback on the efficacy and effectiveness of HR programs, processes, and systems.
Leverages our HR Technology platforms to guide decisions and provide insights to business leaders.
Resolves escalated issues involving transactional activities with the HR Support Team Resolves escalated issues involving payroll transactions with the Payroll Team.
Regularly identifies opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business plus 3 to 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience Primary experience should be as a recruiter with some experience as an HR Generalist.
Expert-level communicator, verbally and written via face-to-face and virtual environment Advanced-level skills with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using Paylocity Certification in Human Resources (SHRM or HRCI) or Change Management (PROSCI) Employment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
