We are looking for an Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and reception tasks (minimal in-person confrontation with customers, all over the phone).
Office responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of office, daily oil deliveries, and service schedule.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, able to multi-task, and able to undertake a variety of tasks with attention to detail and discretion.
Responsibilities Organize and schedule deliveries and service calls Take orders over the phone and input them into the computer software Respond to requests or issues from customer requests for assistance or information Filing, Data Entry, Order Processing and Customer Service Handling a variety of administrative support tasks Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of daily deliveries through the use of customer service skills and database management skills Collect, record, and post payment over the phone Skills & Qualifications Good Communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation Must be detail oriented and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, especially on the phone Proficient in Excel Job Types:
