Sojo has built and designed a sophisticated SQF-compliant facility in Pennsylvania (Sojo Sprint) across its eight automated lines to support a variety of packaging materials such as registered shrink, top loaded boxes, and side loaded cartons to name a few.
In addition, Sojo utilizes its proprietary mobile manufacturing offering, Sojo Flight, to eliminate freight costs, labor costs, packaging costs and harmful emissions while delivering on-site packaging services.
The Sojo team is comprised of seasoned executives and operators from the food and beverage industry and customers include several Fortune 500 brands, distributors, and manufacturers.
Administrative Lead:
Executes the daily production plan, including preparation for any line changeovers Audits inventory and performs line clearances Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
Constantly work to improve processes Optimize employee workflow, Make suggestions for productivity improvements Communicate and collaborate with other team members Performs other related duties as directed Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to move around the warehouse.
