00pm Receive voicemails from the previous night Answer all telephone calls - document as needed Direct calls to assigned department Receive Pick Up Requests Enter Pick Up Requests Complete due date calls Manage supply list for doctors - print, gather, ship Makes Welcome Kits for Sales Team Schedules Pick Ups Must be detail oriented.
Able to multi-task, customer service experience, able to defuse situations, team player, able to communicate clearly, ability to document conversations, and share information, be an active listener, calm and empathetic.
