Sojo has built and designed a sophisticated SQF-compliant facility in Pennsylvania (Sojo Sprint) across its ten production lines to support a variety of packaging materials and capabilities.
Sojo has also built out a second Sprint location in Redlands, CA and a third in Indianapolis, IN to support its growing business with Fortune 500 customers and leading beverage brands.
In addition, Sojo utilizes its proprietary mobile manufacturing offering, Sojo Flight, to eliminate freight costs, labor costs, packaging costs and harmful emissions while delivering on-site packaging services.
Sojo is currently building out its custom, Dock-to-Dock, Blockchain-enabled track and trace platform Sojo Shield and developing its technology platform.
Sojo has aggressive growth plans for the remainder of 2023 heading into 2024, and is looking for hard-working, curious, and most importantly dedicated individuals to join our incredible team.
The Sojo team is comprised of seasoned executives and operators from the food and beverage industry and customers include Fortune 500 brands, distributors, and manufacturers.
Job Role The Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing account management to Sojo customers through accuracy in inventory, production and PO fulfillment.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and distribute minutes for all customer meetings Own and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management system Manage implementation of new variety packs and perform First Article Inspection to ensure all customer requirements are met Support daily and weekly cycle counts and month-end physical counts Manage automated customer reporting to customize audit receipts/reports Distribute regular inventory reports internally and externally as needed Support and audit PO fulfillment and documentation Troubleshoot Netsuite and RF-Smart scanning issues or inaccuracies and train personnel on inventory, reconciliation and general scanning functions Manage eCommerce fulfillment via Sojo Connect Create and track Sales Orders upon completion of production to ensure all production is billed, invoiced and paid All other duties as assigned by the Commercial Team Leaders Salary:
