- Perform routine cleaning tasks in various facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Refill soap dispensers and paper products as needed.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
