Distribution Manager in Bristol, Pennsylvania Distribution Manager Brand: Est e Lauder Companies Description Position Summary Responsible for managing replenishment, order allocation, pick/pack, and shipping of finished goods for the Estee Lauder Brands. Maintain the Management schedule for the Logistics Operations. Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop,monitor, report, and achieve annual, monthly shipping targets and ordercycle times are met Managementof departmental performance measures and metrics that meet or exceed "best inclass" benchmarks. Develop,monitor, report, the successful performance of operations againstfinancial budgets. Monitor and document any variances to plan. Collaboratewith Domestic and International Transportation to ensure sufficientsupport is provided. Responsiblefor inventory accuracy to include annual physical, cycle counting andrelated reporting. Ongoing resolution of inventory discrepancies. Managea department of 140 - 150 non-exempts and up to 3-5 exempt employees,including their ongoing development. Budgetaryresponsibility for all non-inventory supplies. Documentand track all launch activity for Logistics Operations. Accountablefor multiple functions within Distribution (i.e. Order Allocation/ OrderProcessing/Shipping). Assumesleadership role in the absence of the Distribution Director. Leadershiprole on key Cross-Distribution projects. Meetor exceed monthly productivity/service targets. Develop and monitor facility capacity as related towarehouse, processing, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and productionassembly Balancelabor against volume demands. Analyzefacility processes and metrics with the intent to make continuous improvementsto eliminate waste and redundancy. SupportNorth American Distribution as required. Qualifications Management leadership experience ( 5 years) Ability to travel as required. Power user statuses concerning WMS/SAP proficiency, Database, SQL experience aplus. Experience in each of the Distribution functional areas Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Proficient in all MS applications. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
